SOLO TRAVELER
A SOLO traveler is an XTEAMer who travels by herself to an event. Although each event provides different specific arrangements, being a SOLO means that XTEAM organizes transportation to/from airport, to/from event, hotel fees and some meals. For parents who want to decrease travel expenses in order to accompany their daughters and to ensure safety (every SOLO is guaranteed a seatbelt), we offer a chaperone service. SOLO fees are in addition to TOURNEY fees.

RECRUITING SUPPORT
The recruiting process is a tricky one with many twists and turns. At XTEAM, we are here for you every step of the way without any additional charge. XTEAMers will be able to utilize our recruiting services and will get full support from our staff. We do not take responsibility for doing the work for our players, but we guide them along as they pursue their dream of playing in college. We sponsor conference calls, tour college campuses, invite guest coaches to our practices and attend events where coaches will be recruiting throughout the course of the XTEAM season. Inasmuch as the XTEAMer and her family want to access our staff for guidance and support, we will be available.

EXPECTATIONS
What you should expect from XTEAM is follow-through, competence, professionalism and hysterical laughter. We are funny, we are.

We will be honest – no matter what.
What we expect from you is that you let us do our job:
• Make each player better
• Manage expectations
• Determine who should be on what team
• Support each girl in her OWN process of one day playing in college

XTEAM is a high-end learning/playing/recruiting option for those who are serious about pursing the opportunity to play in college. Mostly, we want to gather girls from non-traditional areas who want to level the playing field of lacrosse to be able to experience playing on a team with other like-minded kids.

HIGH SCHOOL COACH OUTREACH
The HS OUTREACH program includes sending all player evaluations to the player, the parents AND the high school coach. Ultimately, our goal is to work with the high school coaches of our members to pick up where the spring season left off and help grow each members' game in the off-season so that upon returning, she will be stronger, faster, bigger and better.

CANCELLATION POLICY
There are absolutely NO refunds for:
- MEMBERSHIP FEE
- TOURNAMENT FEES
- SOLO TRAVELER FEES
In the event of family tragedy or immediate injury, XTeam will credit
- FULL TOURNAMENT FEE toward a future event
- 1/2 SOLO FEE toward a future SOLO FEE
