XTEAM is a team that concentrates on three things, listed in order of importance:

1. INDIVIDUAL – attitude, confidence, independence, work ethic
2. LACROSSE – technique/skill, knowledge, experience, playing opportunity
3. RECRUITING PROCESS – support, information, guidance, reminders, communication

We anticipate players who join to be dedicated to playing lacrosse in college and willing to put in the work required, attend events and training sessions and understand fully that this is their experience to go after!

Our core values are TRUTH, RESPONSIBILITY, RISK and RESPECT. All members can expect us to live up to these standards and we will expect the same from them.

XTEAM will work WITH, each member, not FOR them. We will pave the road, but you will drive the car!
