HIGH SCHOOL COACHES - WE WANT TO WORK WITH YOU!

XTEAM is becoming a resource for HIGH SCHOOL COACHES because when kids join, their coaches get so many advantages.

With our HS OUTREACH PROGRAM, XTEAM works with coaches to support their programs OUTSIDE of the spring lacrosse season to supplement time spent playing lacrosse with great coaching, sound curriculums and competitive tournament play.

In addition, all HS COACHES receive evaluations of their players after each XTEAM event, with specifics in the following three sections:

The growth of XTEAM has been in large part because HS COACHES value what we can do with their players in the off-season, which is why we have multiple members representing the same high school.

We give HS COACHES of XTEAMers full access to our coaching support and in many cases, visit them during the pre-season!
