LAUGH. FIGHT. RISK.

XTEAM is a club team for girls in “non-traditional” areas of the world that do not have a ton of opportunities to play locally. XTEAM is hyper-focused on increasing the independence, confidence and self-esteem of our members through the game of lacrosse. Learning to become better at a faster pace is HUGE for our players.

XTEAM concentrates on 3 major things, listed in order of importance:
1. INDIVIDUAL – attitude, confidence, independence, work ethic
2. LACROSSE – technique/skill, knowledge, experience, playing opportunity
3. RECRUITING PROCESS – support, information, guidance, reminders, communication

Players that join XTEAM should be dedicated to playing lacrosse in college and therefore prepared + willing to put in the work required, attend events and training sessions and understand fully that results are determined by your effort.

Our core values are TRUTH, RESPONSIBILITY, RISK and RESPECT. All members can expect us to live up to these standards and we will expect the same from them.

XTEAM is an organization that teaches important lessons that can be applied to life on as well as off the field. We encourage our members to take risks, make mistakes, recover, learn and move on. We support all of our members with these philosophies, not only in high school, but throughout college and beyond. Once a part of XTEAM, always a part of XTEAM.

XTEAM is entering its 9th year and continues to be a club that features an amalgamation of the best players from all over the country.
